You should first complete the game at least once and unlock story related, unmissable trophies.
You can also get these trophies during your playthrough:
- Fruit of the Land,
- Five-Lined Skink,
- Paint the Target,
- Trick Rider,
- Boon of the Nomad,
- Skilled Warrior.

After you finish the game you can use the saves from below for legit trophy clean-up.

List of trophies (read instructions.txt files included for every pack):

- Animals of the Land,
- Speed King,
- Speed Demon,
- Resist the Wrist.

Pack 1:
- Seeking Salvation,
- Last Man Standing,
- Bearer of the Curse,
- Dormin’s Rage.

Pack 2:
- Trick Arrow Skills,
- Intrepid Mortal,
- Grounded Scaler,
- Sword of Her Majesty,
- The Past that Defines Thee.

Pack 3:
- Fruit of the Garden,
- Reach the Gate.

SWORD OF DORMIN:
All coins have been collected and the sword is in your inventory.

Oh how I wish Save Wizard could let me change the region of these saves...I really not in the mood to do some of these stuff all over again (yes I played and got the platinum for the PS3 version) so my US copy is going to wait a little time before going back into my ps4again...

Is Advanced Mode supported for SW's Shadow of the Colossus cheats? If so then you should be able to re-region manually. Haven't tried it myself but I hear there are good tutorials. Just need Save Wizard to both support a game (they do support this one) and have advanced mode (not sure and no way to test at the moment). Then it's supposed to be changing a line or 2 of hex.

EDIT: Only adding this for informational purposes for anyone else who might come across this, because I think I saw you post in the US thread so already know, but there's also a US saveset. If I recall you had trouble with 2 trophies popping from it though so I'm guessing that's why you want to re-region.
